Appendix F: Telemetry Security Benefits

1. The Telemetry Agent

The Telemetry Embed is a zero-dependency JavaScript module designed to stream real-time diagnostic payload data directly from a tenant's site into the ingestion pipeline. By injecting a single script tag into your application, you gain immediate access to machine-learning forecasted service levels and threat anomaly detection without altering your core architecture.

2. Sandboxed Execution

The agent is strictly read-only and executes within a hardened sandbox environment. It enforces a strict Content-Security-Policy (CSP) and does not access cross-origin storage or cookies unless explicitly permitted by the tenant's configuration.

3. End-to-End Encryption

All telemetry is encrypted end-to-end using TLS 1.3 before being transmitted to the message brokers. Data in transit is secured against interception, and the ingestion endpoints enforce mutual TLS (mTLS) for enterprise tenants.

4. Data Privacy & Multi-Tenancy

All data collected is anonymized before leaving the client's browser. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is automatically redacted at the edge. Data is stored in isolated PostgreSQL tables to guarantee strict multi-tenancy boundaries, ensuring that no tenant can access another's telemetry.
